To ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, Gemini’s Quality Management System (QMS) addresses customer concerns, provides checks/balances on operations and maintenance activities, implements corrective/preventive actions (when required), and provides customers with peace of mind through correct and reliable actions. The QMS will be in effect during all phases of a customer's project and begins when Gemini steps foot on the site.

 

Project-specific QMS can be tailored to any project during the O&M phase and is directed by a series of spot checks, checklists, inspections, CAPA forms, verification and required reporting to ensure all operational standards have been met and documented.  Our organizational goal is to provide an unyielding commitment to quality that ensures success, fosters opportunity and provides zero-defect service.
